To best serve the needs of each of our clients, CardioThoracic Surgery, P.C. accepts patients by appointment only. To schedule a consultation with a CTS physician, new patients may call any of our three offices directly; however, it is recommended that a physician such as your cardiologist or pulmonologist contact our office to schedule these consultations. Appointments are always scheduled with patient convenience in mind.

Once you have been scheduled for a consultation, a member of the CTS staff will contact you to confirm your appointment and review any information that may be requested. New patients are asked to obtain and forward copies of applicable medical records from other physicians prior to their first visit, as well as complete a background medical history. This information is invaluable to our physicians in preparing for your consultation.

New patients are also asked to arrive approximately 15 minutes early to ensure we have all the appropriate information to provide to the physician and health plan. In addition to providing your medical records, you may be asked to bring your current medications for your physician to review. And for each visit, please bring your health plan card(s).
