is located on the corner of Michigan and Bartlett just north
of Memorial Hospital. Our office is on the fifth floor of the
Memorial Medical Plaza.
Patients
may park in the Bartlett Parking Garage which is located on
Bartlett Street west of the Memorial Medical Plaza.
